Saw this on my way to work this morning. Explains the stupid traffic jams. I BLAME YOU MISTAR US NAVY PERSONS! I know the pic is so so, but c'mon.. from a moving car on a bridge approach at 25mph out the side window! :p The little dots on it are people!
